NC999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the NC999 platform — including the website at nc999.onl and the NC999 Android app — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and NC999. They apply to all use of the platform regardless of how you access it — through a browser, the mobile app or any other means.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must stop using NC999 immediately and not create an account or place any bets.

2. Eligibility

To register and use NC999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing NC999 as an individual for personal recreational use only.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when placing bets or using games.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of NC999 or any of its affiliated partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from NC999 and be attempting to register a new account.

NC999 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification that you are 18 or older, your account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until the matter is resolved.

3. Account Registration

When you register for an NC999 account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number and payment details.

One account per person: You are permitted to hold one NC999 account only. Multiple accounts registered by the same person — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — are prohibited and will be closed on detection. Any winnings from duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

Account verification: NC999 may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm that you are who you claim to be and that you meet the eligibility requirements. Verification documents commonly requested include a copy of your CNIC (front and back), proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Until verification is complete, NC999 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or gameplay.

Your responsibility: You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If your email, phone number or payment details change, you must update them in your NC999 account settings immediately. NC999 is not liable for any issues arising from outdated contact information.

4. Account Security

Your NC999 account is protected by the username and password you choose during registration. You are solely responsible for keeping these credentials secure and confidential.

• Do not share your username or password with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Do not allow anyone else to access your NC999 account under any circumstances.
• Use a strong password that is unique to NC999 — do not reuse passwords from other websites or apps.
• Log out of your NC999 account when using a shared or public device.
• Enable two-factor authentication if offered by NC999 to add an additional layer of security.

NC999 will never ask you for your password by email, SMS or live chat. If you receive any communication requesting your password, it is fraudulent — do not respond and report it to NC999 support immediately.

Unauthorised access: If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach, you must notify NC999 immediately by contacting support. NC999 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

All activity that occurs through your NC999 account is your responsibility. This includes all bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested using your account credentials, regardless of whether you personally authorised them.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All NC999 accounts hold balances in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). NC999 does not support any other currencies. Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in PKR.

Supported payment methods: NC999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and mobile wallets. Availability of specific methods may vary based on your account status and location.

Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100, though some payment methods may have higher minimums. There is no maximum deposit limit unless specifically noted for a particular payment method.

Deposit processing: Most deposits on NC999 are processed instantly and reflect in your account balance within seconds. In rare cases, a deposit may take up to 15 minutes to appear. If your deposit has not arrived within 30 minutes, contact NC999 support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal rules: You may request a withdrawal of any available balance in your NC999 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, though some methods may take up to 3 business days.
• NC999 reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification before processing a withdrawal.

Wagering requirements: If you have an active bonus or have received promotional credits, you must complete any wagering requirements attached to that bonus before you can withdraw funds. See Section 6 for full bonus rules.

Anti-money laundering (AML): NC999 complies with anti-money laundering regulations. Deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested. Withdrawals that appear to be part of money laundering activity will be declined and may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

NC999 may offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to terms and conditions, which are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. By accepting a bonus, you agree to those specific terms.

General bonus rules:

• Bonuses are available to eligible NC999 account holders only and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
• Each bonus is limited to one per person, household, device, IP address and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses carry wagering requirements, which must be met before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x the bonus amount). This means you must wager the bonus amount the specified number of times before it is converted to withdrawable cash.
• Different games contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less or not at all. Check the specific promotion terms for details.
• Bonuses expire after a set period (commonly 7 to 30 days). If wagering requirements are not completed within that timeframe, the bonus and any winnings generated from it are forfeited.

Bonus abuse: NC999 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void bets and close accounts if it detects bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Coordinated betting with other players to guarantee a profit from a bonus (e.g., covering all outcomes of an event).
• Using irregular betting patterns solely to meet wagering requirements (e.g., placing very large bets only when bonus funds are active).
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or bugs in the bonus system.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on NC999 are subject to the general betting rules set out here, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules that apply to the particular market you are betting on.

Bet acceptance: A bet is not considered accepted until it appears in your bet history with a confirmed status and a unique bet ID. NC999 reserves the right to refuse any bet before acceptance, particularly if there is reason to believe the bet was placed in error, the odds were incorrect or the market was not meant to be available.

Bet settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant sports governing body or game provider. NC999 uses trusted third-party data providers to confirm results. If an official result is later changed or overturned, NC999 reserves the right to re-settle bets accordingly.

Cancelled or postponed events: If a sports event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before completion, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules apply depending on the sport:

• Cricket: If a match is abandoned and no official result is declared (including via Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method in limited-overs formats), all bets on match winner are void. Bets on markets that have already been decided (e.g., first-over runs) remain valid.
• Football: If a match is abandoned before 90 minutes are completed, bets are void unless the market has already been unconditionally determined (e.g., first goalscorer if a goal was scored before abandonment).
• PSL and T20 matches: Must reach the minimum overs threshold as defined by the competition rules for bets to stand. If the match does not meet the threshold, bets are void.

Live betting: In-play odds and markets are updated in real time during an event. Due to the fast-moving nature of live betting, there may be brief delays between events occurring and odds being updated. NC999 is not liable for any bets accepted during this delay. If NC999 determines that a bet was placed with significant knowledge of the outcome (e.g., after a goal was scored but before odds were updated), the bet may be void.

Maximum winnings: NC999 may impose maximum payout limits on certain markets or bet types. These limits are communicated in the specific market rules or in your bet confirmation. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum will not be paid.

Casino and slots: All casino games, slots and fish games on NC999 are provided by third-party game developers. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). NC999 does not control or influence game results. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed in the game information screen.

Obvious errors: If an obvious error occurs — such as incorrect odds being displayed, a market being left open after an event has finished, or incorrect bet settlement — NC999 reserves the right to void the affected bets and correct the error. Players will be notified if their bets are voided for this reason.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on NC999. Engaging in any of them may result in account suspension, bet voidance, forfeiture of winnings and permanent account closure.

• Collusion and match-fixing: Betting on events in which you have inside knowledge, are personally involved or have the ability to influence the outcome. This includes professional athletes, coaches, referees and officials betting on their own sport.
• Arbitrage and syndicate betting: Using multiple accounts or coordinating with other players to exploit odds differences or cover all outcomes of an event to guarantee profit.
• Bot use and automation: Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tools to place bets, scrape odds data or interact with the NC999 platform in an automated manner.
• Exploiting errors: Deliberately taking advantage of technical glitches, incorrect odds, incorrect payouts or any other errors on the platform. If you notice an error, you are required to report it to NC999 immediately rather than exploit it.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen payment methods, chargebacks, or any form of payment fraud. All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Creating multiple accounts: Registering more than one NC999 account for any reason, including to claim bonuses multiple times, evade restrictions or circumvent account limits.
• Underage gambling: Allowing anyone under 18 years of age to access your NC999 account or place bets using your account.
• Money laundering: Using NC999 to launder money, transfer funds between individuals or conduct any financial activity unrelated to genuine recreational gambling.

NC999 employs sophisticated monitoring and detection systems to identify prohibited activity. If your account is flagged for investigation, NC999 reserves the right to suspend your account and withhold withdrawals until the investigation is concluded. If prohibited activity is confirmed, your account will be closed and any balance forfeited.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Suspension & Closure

NC999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if it believes there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, a violation of applicable law or any conduct that poses a risk to NC999, other players or the integrity of the platform.

Reasons for suspension or closure include:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failing to complete identity verification when requested.
• Engaging in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 8.
• Using the platform in a way that NC999 reasonably believes is abusive, fraudulent or harmful.
• Requesting self-exclusion or being identified as a vulnerable player.

Account closure by the player: You may close your NC999 account at any time by contacting support and requesting closure. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened.

Account closure by NC999: If NC999 closes your account due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach. In cases where closure is for non-breach reasons (e.g., responsible gaming concerns), your balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the NC999 platform — including the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, games and trademarks — is owned by NC999 or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any content on NC999 without prior written permission. You may not use the NC999 name, logo or branding in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without authorisation.

The NC999 platform is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. Any commercial use of NC999 content or data scraping is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

NC999 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure the platform is secure, reliable and accurate, we cannot guarantee that it will be free from errors, bugs, downtime or security breaches.

NC999 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical errors, software bugs or incorrect bet settlement, except where NC999 is found to be directly at fault.
• Downtime, server outages or loss of internet connectivity that prevents you from placing bets or accessing your account.
• Loss or theft of your account credentials due to your failure to keep them secure.
• Third-party actions, including payment provider errors, delays or fees.

In no event will NC999's total liability to you exceed the amount of your account balance at the time the liability arose.

NC999 is not responsible for any indirect, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

13. Privacy

NC999 collects, stores and processes your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using NC999, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
